Sharepoint 2007 web part query

Morning all,

 

I was wondering if anyone is aware of a web part for SharePoint 2007 that incorporates a work assessment feature? It's primary use would be for students to upload completed work and for their relevant teacher to be able to give feedback.

 

Any input would be fantastic!
