Hitachi A100 - mail settings "greyed out"

Hello

 

I'm trying to set up network administration for this projector. I can change most of the settings (logged in as Administrator) but the mail settings for sending alerts has me puzzled. I have ticked SMTP settings on the Port Settings page but when I go to Mail Settings, the tick box to enable mail settings isn't there. Am I missing something?
