New domain exchange migration

We are moving away from our RM domain in the summer. In that domain there is a exchange 2010 server single server. I need to move all mailboxes over to new domain. What's the best way of doing this? Would that be a cross org migration?

i'd be tempted to use powershell to pull out your mailboxes as PST files and then just pipe those back to your new mailboxes on your new server. Followed that process for a move last summer and it worked flawlessly once i'd got my PS script nailed down.
