Media share

Hello forum

 

We are in the process of refreshing the media suite.

I would like some advice on how to share a mapped drive just for media suite using a rm cc4 network and so the students can only access their shared folder on the mapped drive.

Can it be linked with their profile they already have so when they login they see their media folder?

 

I hope all this makes sense
