Android not accessing local intranet

Hi everyone,

 

I am struggling to get my galaxy s4 to access a local intranet page when connected to our wireless network.

 

I can set a proxy and I can get out to the internet but no local intranet. If i remove the proxy settings, I can get to local pages but no internet. I do have the option of a proxy bypass but it seems to be ignored.

 

Anyone got this working?
