Mr_Jiminy Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 (edited) Why oh why did Microsoft not allow for multiple file download (by default) with OneDrive Business (SkyDrive Pro)/ SharePoint Online??? Kind of perplexed by this one, I mean I get the whole SharePoint sharing of files, and the difference between OneDrive domestic and OneDrive Business... However, they provide an 'on mass' drag and drop file facility upload... So why not provide the reverse?!! The Open With Explorer method is frankly flaky, also the 'DownloadMultipleDocuments' third party app has stopped functioning since the SkyDrive/ OneDrive name change (support call logged with solutions2share) I have to say, I love the product, however when the likes of Google Apps provide the facility using GDrive, you would have thought such a basic requirement would have been implemented natively. Please, please MS, revert to domestic version of OneDrive, offering SharePoint/ OneDrive Business not by default, but as an alternative. Friday morning rant over, kettle on, Office365 support call logged! Edited March 7, 2014 by Mr_Jiminy
themightymrp Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Could you not use the Skydrive/Onedrive Pro client program? How to install the OneDrive for Business (formerly SkyDrive Pro) sync client for SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online
Mr_Jiminy Posted March 7, 2014 Author Posted March 7, 2014 (edited) Indeed you can, however I'm not sure how this qualifies as a multiple upload facility from within the web based platform. Edited March 7, 2014 by Mr_Jiminy
Mr_Jiminy Posted March 7, 2014 Author Posted March 7, 2014 Support call logged, fingers crossed they support a third party app!
