Migration to Lightspeed Filtering

As part of the modernisation of ICT services for schools, One Connect Limited are providing a new web content filtering service based on the Lightspeed web filter. Initially, this service will provide an equivalent level of service to the one currently provided using Netsweeper and the NEDs. However, much greater devolved filtering control is possible using the Lightspeed web filtering service.

 

One Connect Limited are currently working with Lightspeed Systems to modify the devolved filtering user interface, and access to functionality that provides greater granular filtering control including integration with local active directory services in school will be provided over the coming weeks.

Modify How? It works fine as it is now apart from not having the Lightspeed User Agent Service installed so you have to manually login off the block page.
