mavhc Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Moving to 64bit Win 7, our QX3 microscopes won't work anymore, what do you use that's 1. Got good software, ie works on 64 bit, Windows 8, signed drivers, msi to deploy. 2. Will cope with abuse from children 3. Cheap
TechMonkey Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 We got a batch of Veho Digital Microscopes. The software is all right, cameras are impressive and nothing really to break on them. They were about £30 when we bought them. Software deployed OK, the drivers not so much.
TechSupp Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 (edited) We bought the small hand held microscopes from TTS, (look like an egg) but work brilliantly, video, stills and good magnification. Teachers and kids love them. Best bit is no software to install, just a viewer program that sits on the server and a link placed on the pupil desktop. Simple to use.
