Google Chrome preventing access to "Manage Certificates"

I'm testing Chrome which is due to be rolled out.

 

I am use the Chrome.adm to set polices but I can't seem to find a policy for HTTPS/SSL. If a user clicks Manage Certificates the certificates box appears. I would like to stop the certificate box from appearing but can't find the correct GPO.

 

Any help would be appreciated
