Kingston Encrypted drives not opening on Win7

We've got some flash drives by Kingston that don't appear to be opening. When the drive is inserted it opens with an autoplay box and you select the datalocker.exe and then you are prompted for a password. Once the password has been entered the dialog box closes and the drive appears in "Computer" but when clicking on the drive it says "please insert drive" (or words to that effect) This is happening only on Win7 PC's as far as I know as we don't have many XP PC's left now.

 

Does anyone have any ideas why? Could it be some sort of a permissions thing?
