Can you help this little girl?

Ok I don't usually do this, but this little girl is a friend of my daughter since birth. Grace (the girl) has been through a torrid time medically all her life, but now her parents are trying to raise the money to take her to a specialist in America to help her walk one day.

 

So, if you can help in any way, you can help make a big difference. The site and the group are making headlines in the south and have loads of businesses helping out (I'm quite impressed actually! )
