Trapper Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Has anyone figured out how to install Sophos Enterprise Console 5.1 on Windows 8? Link2ICT in Brum say it's just not supported. I know 5.2 is out and works, but 1) I don't have time at the moment to upgrade server side and 2) Link2ICT do not support it yet!
arron Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 It installs fine here... though we have net 3.5 installed which tends to be why we don't have problems.
DMcCoy Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 You need to patch the console even with 5.2 to *detect* 8.1 if you want to push it out from the console, you can still install it manually from the share, make sure you are using 10.3+ client though.
