LosOjos Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Get yourself some walking boots/shoes man! Paid about £20 for my Quecha walking shoes from Decathlon, very comfortable and very hard wearing, fairly waterproof too. Don't know how they'd hold up if I actually went hiking in them but for day to day use I can't fault them at this price 1
abillybob Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Got a pair of new black shoes from eBay, they're brilliant 8 months had them now still going strong plastic though haha! Waterproofing not a problem 1
Chuckster Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 'If you buy cheap, you get cheap'. I have had my Nike Shox trainers for 11 years and 2 months and only on Tuesday did the soles start coming apart (they're my running trainers). The current pair of shoes I have for work are from Next, and they still lasting 5 years to this day! Buying cheap is false economy, much like with clothes from Primark and TK Maxx
