Great work and don't mean to be a pedant but what is the constant reference to the "ECC" for? Should it not be "EEA" European Economic Area

Disappointing still missing some responses from certain MIS suppliers. Least Capita had the balls to point blank refuse rather then sticking head in the sand until you went away.

The project more that served it's purpose in that a year later it is still being asked about by LAs schools and suppliers - and that it is a point of reference to know just who is out there.

Indeed, it'll be interesting to see what happens next month when RM1500 expires. It has the potential to utilise your work and fill in some gaps with framework.

From what I can make out, it's actually a good database from the point of view of rapid application development, letting non-programers put together a database with the features they actually want. However, scalability seems to be somewhat limited - you can add more web presentation servers, but they still all have to utilise a central main database server.

Oh yeah. Really flexible but maybe too much so. Still if you want a highly personalized solution and can maintain it, I can see it being a great fit. I've seen it allow lots of logical processes to be automated easily.
