Script Folder Delete

Hello,

 

I need help with a script that will either delete a file/folder on login or can be run from the server and trawl through each users folder to find the offending file and remove. The file I want to remove is from the ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft Office/User Folder Templates/Normal.dotm as the spell checker language has been incorrectly set to English US.

 

I need to then replace this with a correct version that uses English UK.

 

I have tried to set the PLIST file in Workgroup Manager but it does not seem to work.
