novastorm Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 I have an android with 16 GB on phone memory but it is only letting me install apps on to 2GB of the memory and keeps saying that I have run out of space. Is there any way that I can free up more of the memory as I have to keep removing apps and I don't want to.
penfold Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 Backup your apps and do a factory reset? My Wife has this issue (granted on an older phone) and it seems it's the only reliable way to fix it. If it's under contract you could take it back to the shop and get them to check it.
