newdriftking-2008 Posted January 30, 2014 Posted January 30, 2014 (edited) Hi Guys, Long time since I visited the site, I work in a school that have a number of Learnpad tablets, we've started to notice that when you try to type on the on screen keyboard you get everything but what you typed. Even a full factory reset doesn't resolve the issue. Also, on some of the newer style Learnpad I keep getting "wifi not in Range" even though I can be physically stood underneath the Wireless AP.! Has anyone got any suggestions? Cheers Edited January 30, 2014 by newdriftking-2008

Kind Regards Tom Hi Tom, The learnpads I'm having serious issue with are the LP297W model, having terrible issues with the touch recognition on 5 of these not being correct - I've tried to do a factory reset but this hasn't done anything not sure where I can go with them now. It's very frustrating as there is very little information around on the learnpads
