[v9.1.0501] Disabling / shortening the lockout time for incorrect password entries

Hello,

 

We are having a problem where some users are trying to login and having too many incorrect attempts which locks them out the system. The downside to this is that due to our proxy setup, all internal users appear to come from one IP address so when one user locks themselves out the system, all internal users are locked out.

I would create a DNS Zone on your DNS server that points the internal site to the internal IP
