Integration of governance management with school management system

Does anyone know of packages that integrate the management of governance - arranging the meeting cycle, issue tracking, reporting, version control - with the school management system?

Outlook Shared Calendar not enough for that and a reporting email for the Clerk/SMT/Head of Governors ?

 

Think thats what we use here, no specific packages outside of MS office
