Does anyone know why the upload symbol (plus sign) is missing for users in Office 365 SkyDrive Pro?

 

I'm probably being thick and need to enable this from the admin console.

Please ignore my post, it's testament to trying to investigate something at 6.30 in the morning... I realise now you have to assign the limits per users... Doh!!!

Actually, seemingly it's still not displaying.

This is only happening with one user account. I have opened a service request as it looks like account corruption.
