HP Server failed

I came in this morning to find my HP ML350 G5 server died over the weekend.

 

Upon checking the manual, and confirming with HP, 2 of my processors have failed. (This shows up as 2 amber LEDs on the system board).

 

Luckily I have NBD and I have an engineer coming out to me tomorrow with the replacement parts.

 

With this in mind, it has got me thinking about my HDDs and the onboard RAID. My HDDs are set up as RAID 5 and when the engineer replaces the system board with a newer one, will I lose my RAID configuration in addition to what's on my HDDs? In other words, will I lose the data?

No, HP raid sets are transportable between smart array controllers, one of the many reasons I like them better than some of the alternatives. Having a current backup is always best practice though.

I'm using the onboard RAID as opposed to using a RAID controller like the P400. Does this matter in any way?

If it is smartarray you should be fine, I thought the integrated one was a p400i anyway.
