I thought about it but tbh when your looking for people its mostly to game with them and if you have a vita and I have a ps3 it wont work. There is nothing stopping anyone adding everyone on the PSN though.

Depends on what game it is - some games do allow cross format play within PSN as I've played against Vita players on my PS3. Not sure how many games allow this, but I did it on DOA5.
