How can I open an application in "hide mode" (ATI Catalyst)?

Hi all,

 

I've detect a very weird problem on a computer, and the problem can be solved by simply opening "ATI Control Panel" and leaving it opened.

 

I've add it to start menu so it opens with every Windows boot, but I would like it to open not in a window but as hide as possible. I've try to activate "Open minimized" but doesn't work.

 

Further than this, even if it opens minimized, I would like to not to have it in the applications list on the windows bar.

 

¿Is there any way to make Catalyst open with windows and not to seem be opened?
