Add Environment table to a MSI

Good morning all,

 

This is more of a an application deployment question rather than a o/s deployment question, but I imagine the same kind of people will be able to help me with this one.

 

I am looking to deploy a pre-created .msi via a .cmd to a number of computers, however I need the msi to add an environment variable. Normally I would fire up ORCA and add the line I require to the environment table....however this .msi doesn't have one! Nor does it have an Environment component.

 

As such, how would I go about adding this EV into a .msi?
