Hmm. I think that would be a little bit too much hard work given the time involved.

This way is probably the best to see the rise and fall of certain platforms and browsers in comparison to each other over a period of time which is what was requested.

Oh, I have one if you have time, a select few (top 5 + nz ) countries over the span in the same format. Interesting info in those three you have put up.

I reckon the Opera usage is down to me - I never see anyone else use it - but I LOVE it - right up the latest version which is snafu

I used to use Opera too - liked the speed dial, the ctrl-enter password thingy and the speed as well as the "realtime" editing - but fell out with it and went to Firefox instead when it stopped handling proxy authentication properly and kept prompting for usernames and passwords even with "remember" ticked. I twas all over their forums, but has not yet been resolved AFAIK

I'd like to see a chart of concurrent users over time, not sure what interval would be best. I guess it doesn't grow much. Maybe just the range each year.

Also, something similar with post rate per day or week/month , whatever is suitable with the numbers.

Or aren't they very interesting.

How about a comparison of SPAM levels to show alongside the growth in posts / members etc.

Hmm. Not sure if we log at that kind of level. By concurrent do you mean total people on the site or members on the site each year?

That firefox vs IE graph is way too suspicious, I'd look into that

Nope, the data is correct (just checked). You should remember that Firefox is cross platform unlike IE so it will also add up from Windows, Mac, Linux and mobile platforms as well which would give it a much higher mark than if it was simply an alternative Windows browser.

It is very peculiar however just how well matched it is with IE though but given the rise of Chrome I suspect we may see a drop in FF usage next year.

I meant people on the site, e.g. when we started it ranged from 0-30 in a day / week. Now it ranges from 50-3000 at any given time... maybe it's not a good metric. i was imagining a live pulsing bubble that shows how alive the site is at any given point. So you'd capture the range of growth, or just the maximum.

Ah, I see. Unfortunately we don't have that data, and to map it would appear as a curve anyway as it is on a steady growth line.
