IT Support Apprentice

Morecambe Community High School require an IT Support Apprentice to help support the normal day to day running of the School. This is an excellent opportunity to grow as we have a variety of projects; some current projects running are rolling out iPads with Apple TV for teaching and Windows 7.

 

Experience of Windows Operating Systems

 

Enthusiasm for IT

 

GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above or expect to get these grades by November 2013.

 

Willing to work towards an Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT or similar.

 

Ability to install software and hardware

 

Knowledge of Microsoft Software including Office

 

Good organisational/interpersonal skills

 

Flexible approach to work

 

Able to work evenings and weekends

 

Commitment to customer care
