Cc4 anywhere thin client dropout Citrix

I'm having an issues with cc4 anywhere,

 

All of the wyse thin clients drop out at random times of the day, the session still runs on the server 2008r2 as when they log back there work is still there. This could happen anytime, to active users so it's not like there ideal.

 

This happens to external users as well, using xenapp and Citrix gateway

 

Nothing in the server event logs to show why, is there log files on the terminal server for the Citrix stuff as I have not really used Citrix stuff before.
