edutech4schools Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 When anyone tries to print photos using the right click print system it totally kills the spooler service on the server. This is only an issue on the Windows 7 laptops and works fine from XP. I have tried to get the teachers to use an alternative software but they always forget, which then means nobody can print until I have reset the spooler which is not always straight away as I look after other primary schools. I have searched google but other have said to update the drivers, which I have done. The odd thing is it does this printing to any printer including the main Ricoh. PLEASE HELP as this is driving me nuts.
