Unable to access redirected home folder on specific model

So we have a new model of computer this year. All systems in the network work properly except this particular computer.

 

The issue is that the users home folder doesnt open and it tells them they do not have permissions. If we login as a domain admin it works. The UNC path doesnt work either.

 

Keep in mind that if a regular domain user logs into another computer, their home folder and UNC path are fine.

 

Any ideas?
