APC UPS Help

Hi all,

 

After a bit of help, i've misplaced my user guide for the APC Smart UPS 2200 Rack mount and it's flashing the battery light on it. Does anyone know what it means?

 

Also can you still get the powerchute software as i've lost the CD and would like to monitor what the ups is doing.

Battery needs replacing.

You can download the parachute software from APCs website. You have to register to do it, but it's not hard to obtain. I've recently spent almost a week sorting out our UPS and power management since a powercut revealed to us the fancy expensive network card in the UPS had never been setup to actually work!

If all the LEDs on the right are flashing, it means that the load exceeds the configured threshold, which may be less than the actual load limit of the UPS. You can download the manual from here - http://www.apc.com/prod_docs/results.cfm?DocType=User+Manual&Query_Type=8&value=none.
