Looking for an adapter to convert this headset to a 3.5mm audio jack

Hello,

 

Have run into a problem in trying to convert this headset to a 3.5mm audio jack on a PC.

 

The headset is an MB Quart K800 headset.

 

I have contacted the headset manufacturer but no luck there.

 

I thought a 6.35mm to 3.5mm adapter would do but 6.35mm is actually too small and I don't know of any larger size.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
