Third party Apple resellers for sales and support

Is anyone using a third party for Apple sales and support, rather than going through Apple Direct? What are the main benefits that you gain from this?

Specific expertise that you get from ASEs and AASPs can be a really good thing.

 

You can find media experts, networking experts, educational app experts, etc ... rather than just people trying to shift boxes. Personal preferences are Solutions Inc, KRCS and Toucan.

I can recommend Education Lincs - although I suppose it depends where you are in the country to an extent. They are a Apple Education specialist thingy! They give great iPad in the classroom support as well as everything else

We have done lots with apple as it is a solution many schools want or need. With you being a schools you get the education discount which helps a little we also provide training for teachers etc from apple professionals, which is a must in many schools.
