Exchange to office 365

Has anyone gone from using their own Exchange server to Office 365 for email / calendars. What experiences have people had with this and would they recommend it ?

We just finished our transition, 3,000 staff and 15,000 students (we only moved staff boxes). It's possible for both environments to exist at the same time, so for the most part the process is transparent to the user. There are so many reasons to do this, but a few are 50GB inbox, 25GB skydrive, guaranteed uptime, and the biggest one is that it's free.
