Occasionaly I end up installing SIMS and FMS on a secondary workstation in my primaries.

Sometimes I'm lucky - sometimes not - I remember last time I tried FMS on Win7 64 - I wasn't :(

I've got sims installed (followed an LEA guide) :)

But now I'm wondering which of the setup/batch files lying around in the s:\sims folder I should run to get FMS installed

Any suggestions greatly welcomed (last time I did this and got it wrong - I ended up wiping windows and starting again

S:\sims\setups\fms\fmsinst.exe

If their setups folder is up to date it should install all you require.

I'd do it as domain admin, or main local admin account if you can to prevent any UAC issues.

Worked 1st time :-)

I wonder what I ran last time! :)

Just for others ref - at the end of the install, I had to browse to s:\sims so that it could find the fmsconnect.ini file

I LOVE EDUGEEK :)

Well worth the annual subscription :)
