2nd Line Support Engineer - North London - £22-25K

We require an experienced education support engineer to work within a team supporting a large academy and its federated neighbouring schools near Mill Hill in North London. You will be responsible for mostly 2nd Line support issues, help the 1st line technician and support the network manager in a Windows infrastructure including Server 2008R2, Windows 7, VMWare ESXi, SQL, DNS, AD, Exchange and a host of educational specific softwares and hardwares including CMIS and development of the Frog VLE. This will include day to day support, documentation, solutions creation, testing and performance monitoring etc

You will have a college education or similar, a professional certification Like MCSE, MCSA, CCNA and previous education support experience ideally in a secondary sector academy school or at least a pure windows environment
