GP not working in server 2008 managed in server 2012

Hi all

 

I am new to this forum and need urgent help with IE 10 GP

we have MS win 2008 citrix server so recently we upgraded IE 9 to IE 10 now GP doesn't applies to IE

 

which is fine as I read many article I need to have either Win 8 or server 2012 machine

 

So I installed a 2012 server with GP management feature installed and created a policy for IE 10 under preferences but policy doesn't work, then I found another article about function keys

 

Setting I want to apply is proxy settings and turn off pop up blocker so there are green line showing under all setting I want to change but still policies aren't applying at all

 

Please help guys.....
