[sims] Help! Individual report frustration

Hi,

i'm very new to the world of managing Sims, so apologies if this is an obvious question. I have created some templates to track student progress, and want to display this on individual reports. I have managed to make a template which extracts most of the information from Sims except the average grade column (formula entry) instead just displaying the code instructions I originally put on the template. Why can't the damn thing display the average results, and can anyone think of a way to get it to work? Thanks

If you verify the template (menu option) is it all okay? That tag might be corrupted, try deleting it and re-adding.

Also. After editing , don't save the template. Just close it and save when prompted by Word, then save again in SIMS that often resolves the code showing through.
