Does anyone run SIMS and Cunninghams Cashless Catering?

I need some advice!!

Our SIMS Clerk has imported CTF files into SIMS and they are sitting in "Pre-Admissions"? with status of "applied". We can see this by going FOCUS>ADMISSION>APPLICATION searching for the intake group and it shows us a list of students with status "applied".

I was told that once the students are in the "pre-admissions" group with a status of applied, offered, accepted or admitted then they would appear in the IDManager program. The CTF files went in last week and IDManager is still not showing the students. The import (Groupcall Exporter) seems to be working overnight and I have also run it manually.

I am waiting for someone from Cunninghams to ring me but thought I would ask here for a quicker answer!!

We have parentpay with their MIS sync application and there's a seperate option to process pre admission students. I would imagine your sync utility will probably have a similar option somewhere.

Sorted - It would appear that when they upgraded IDManager (for parental permission) they forgot to install something or other that goes with it. Now importing like it should be.
