[sims] Creating subject attendance reports

My boss has asked me to design a report that will export to excel the following data: student name, form class, % attendance in school, %attendance in maths, number of times late to maths. He wants to be able to see this data on a weekly basis in an excel spreadsheet to see which students are regularly missing or late in our subject so he can see its affect on their progress.

 

How can I get SIMS to do this for all the students in the school but just our subject (maths)? All I am getting is SIMS crashing and eventually producing attendance for each student separately in all subjects.
