Home Access Plus Issue

Hello

 

I'm in the process of setting up Home Access Plus version 9 on Win Server 2012. I followed the version 8 video, which was very good, but when I load the setup page it looks like the CSS isn't rendering. (See image)

 

I'm wondering if I need to add a feature in ISS?

 

ANy help would be appreciated.

For IIS8, search the ~/web.config file for IIS8
