Custom Boot Logo Dell Optiplex

Hi,

 

I know its possible to do, but not sure how. Does anyone know how you can set a custom logo on the boot splash screens of Dell machines please? We have Optiplex 790's and 7010's.

Dell have a very old utility for changing the POST image but it's 12 years old and may very well hose modern BIOS's
