Windows server 2003 and magnifier

Hi

 

I am having major issues at one of my schools with the magnifier showing up all the time and I can't for the life off me figure out how to turn it off (short of going round every machine and manually doing it).

 

I am running a server 2003 domain with XP clients and I am applying policies with GP. Does anyone know a setting in GP to turn this bloody magnifier off? or a regedit to disable it permanently.

 

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
