OCR Website Crashing TS Sessions and kicking users off

As per the title. Students trying to access the OCR website from a thin client are getting kicked off their session and the website seems to freeze. They try to re-establish their session but get kicked off. We are having to log them on using RDP to log them off before they can log back on. Using the website from a standard PC works fine.

 

Any ideas?

only ever experienced this with network loops.

RDP seems to work fine. As students are coming to us with the issue, we are having to log them in using RDP in order to log off their session.
