calendar issue

gOT 1 user who is not recieving any meetings, if i send him a meeting request he does not get the email asking him to accept/declibne etc. it also does not show on nhis calendar.

any ideas

 

exchange 2010 sp2 outlook 2010, i have tried viewing the calendar in owa to elimenate a stupid outlook filter etc
