Summer census

Anyone else have any problems with false errors on the summer census?

 

We seem to have a handful of students that flag up an error claiming 'Language missing or invalid' and points you to the Ethnic/Cultural panel to enter their First Language. In all cases the first language has been entered (and double checked!) but the errors still persist!

 

We can't return this until these errors are cleared - I guess a call to Capita is on the cards unless anyone else has had a similar problem?

This might be a date issue - was the language field edited before or after the census date ?

You can check using the History button on panel 8.

If the edit date was after the census date you will need to drag the slider so that the historical data was correct on or before the census date.

I would never have thought to check the history - but the date was set to 2 days after the census date!
