RADIUS and window 2003 log in problem

hi every one...

for my project i want to configure radius server i am using window server 2003 and access points are of cisco i followed the manual attached with the post.

i configured it up to the end then at the time of log in it prompt me for two type of name and passwords i also attached the image of these prompts. i configured the user, group and AP as a client but at the time of log in it give me the error.

when i go to log event of server it say error code = 16 the user is not valid

so

1. what is the possible problem there ?

2. also give some idea of these two windows of log in i am a little bit confused in it, that which password and name should be enter in which window

are you entering it in the format like Domain\user ?
