I am on the Holy Grail on our schools IT, new sheet ,blue sky. Been doing a lot of background research in my spare time. Being a governor it not my full time job.

Anyone know of any sources of free downloadable papers on overall IT strategy scoping and /or ITTs to service providers and suppliers for school software and hardware.
