IT Services Team Leader

 

Required from May 2013

 

We are looking to recruit a methodical and experienced IT Team Leader to join our IT Services team. The post will be responsible for:

 

• Managing the IT Services team to ensure compliance with college procedures and service level agreements
  
  
• Effective co-ordination and implementation of IT projects
  
  
• 2nd/3rd level advanced diagnostics of Windows operating systems, VMWare, MS Exchange, and network/wifi/telephony infrastructures.
  
  

 

Candidates should have a high standard of education in a relevant discipline, be highly skilled in fault diagnosis, and have at least 1 years' experience in a technical/team leader role.

 

The post is 37 hours per week, all year. Salary up to £31,749.00 per annum.
