TechSupp Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 Just looking at disaster recovery after reading another thread, we use server 2008 R2 and do a baremetal backup, if we do have a disaster what prog can I use to run the baremetal as a vm? I currently use virtualbox for creating base images etc so happy with that, possible to use that? Would it just be a case of main server fails, just boot up the vm, all back on line and everyone happy till server sorted or is that too simistic a view?
