pbad Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 Hi The School has an old OKI C5200n printer that is printing the wrong colours. I have changed the image drums and toners for all of the colours and the printer is still printing the wrong colours. I have printed off a OKI C5200 test page via the OKI printer menu and I have attached images of the test printout below. Any help would be appreciated!
pbad Posted March 27, 2013 Author Posted March 27, 2013 Are the toners in the right slots? Yes, I have double checked and the toners are in the right slots.
elsiegee40 Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 It's more of yellow bleed round the red OKI badge from what I can... or am I missing something? The printed bright red does use a mixture of toner colours to achieve.

I have never had this problem with the printer before. Do you have any other ideas?
Little-Miss Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 is their some sort of calibration function on the printer?
seekerbeta Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 looks to be a problem with the transfer roller, usually on a color laser, they print onto a transfer roller before moving onto the sheet.. looks like the yellow transfer roller is dying.
